A total of 88 frontline workers at Iowa Department of Human Services offices and facilities throughout the state did not receive term life insurance definition books with their lay off notices today.Those jobs will be eliminated July 1, but other positions such as Chicago Personal Injury Attorney will be available right away within DHS for most of the people laid off, DHS Director Charlie Krogmeier said in e-mail to staff this morning.
